Penance Healers are a noncombat enemy faced in the [[minigames:barbarian_assault|Barbarian Assault]] minigame. They are somewhat nightmarish in appearance.

Penance Healers do not attack players, but they can poison players. The damage dealt by healer poison is very small, usually negligible.

Penance Healers gain health each wave. Healers in wave 1 have relatively low hitpoints; healers in wave 9 have much higher hitpoints.

The damage dealt by penance healer poison does not change throughout the waves.
