Talk to **King Roald** at **Varrock Palace** to begin the quest.

===== Tending the First Beacon =====
  * //**Items required:**// **Tinderbox**, 20 **Logs** (must all be of same type).

Go east from **Varrock** and speak with **Blaze Sharpeye** in **Silvarea** near the beacon just south of the **Paterdomus** Temple. It is recommended to collect the 20 **Logs** (must all be of same type) on the way.

Place 20 **Logs** in the beacon next to **Blaze Sharpeye** and light it with a **Tinderbox**. Then talk to **Blaze Sharpeye** again.

===== Tending the Second Beacon =====
  * //**Items required:**// **Tinderbox**, 20 **Logs** (must all be of same type).

Go west from **Blaze Sharpeye** to the second beacon near the **Odd Old Man** and speak with **Squire Fyre**. It is recommended to collect the 20 **Logs** (must all be of same type) on the way from the trees southwest of **Squire Fyre**. Place 20 **Logs** in the beacon next to **Squire Fyre** and light it with a **Tinderbox**.

===== Tending the First Beacon (Again) =====
  * //**Items required:**// 5 **Logs** (must all be of same type).

Head back to **Blaze Sharpeye** and speak with him. It is recommended to collect the 5 **Logs** (must all be of same type) from the trees just east of **Blaze Sharpeye**. Add 5 **Logs** (must all be the same type) to the beacon next to **Blaze Sharpeye**. Then talk to **Blaze Sharpeye** again.

Head back to **Varrock Palace** and speak with **King Roald** to complete the quest.
