The yellow egg is dropped by the penance queen periodically and randomly as long as she is alive. The egg is typically dropped either underneath the queen or very nearby.

[[minigames:barbarian_assault:penance_queen#egg_theory|The yellow egg is used to kill the Penance Queen]]. It requires undergoing transformations that eventually morph it into its final form, the //omega egg//, which can then be used on the queen to damage her.
