1. Talk to Fred the Farmer:
2. Pick up the sheers from the table:
3. Sheer sheep and collect 20 wool:
4. Go to Lumbridge castle 1st floor, enter the room with Crafting tutor and spin all the wool on the wheel:
End
5. Deliver the balls of wool back to Fred:
6. You complete the quest:
