3. Burnt Meat - Cook the cooked meat (raw you can get from cows in Lumbridge):
4. Rat's tail - kill rat in In the house where we start the quest:

4. Talk to Hetty:
5. Give her the required ingredients:
6. Drink the potion from cauldron:
End
7. Talk to Hetty again and complete the quest:
