Starting Out
Upon creation of your account, you'll find yourself on Tutorial Island.
This authentic tutorial can either be completed, or skipped by speaking to Skippy.
After you have left Tutorial Island you will be in Lumbridge.
There are many directions you could go with starting your account. Listed below, you'll find some basic information on a few routes that you may find beneficial to take at the start of your journey.
Daily Tasks
Daily Tasks are tasks which you can receive by speaking to specific npcs in and nearby Lumbridge.
You may complete a total of 3 tasks total per day. These tasks are able to be completed once every 24 hours and provide you with some start-up cash to work with.
The following NPC's offer the “work-for” option when right-clicked.
Shooting Stars
Shooting Stars spawn once every XXX hours at a randomized location in Gielinor.

PvM (Player Vs Monster)
